Laundry Loop is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Laundry Attendant to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, staying active, and working in a clean environment, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers
- Answer questions and help resolve basic machine issues
- Wash, dry, fold, and package customer laundry
- Sort and organize laundry orders
- Keep the store clean and organized
- Stock supplies and vending machines as needed
- Use tablets and store technology
- Provide excellent customer service throughout each shift
Qualifications:
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using technology
- Able to work independently
- Customer service experience is a plus
- English and Spanish speaking is required for this position
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Comfortable working around washers, dryers, and laundry carts
Schedule:
- Part-time
- 4-8 hour shifts
- Opening shifts begin at 7:00 AM
- Closing shifts end at 10:00 PM
- Weekend availability required
- Flexible scheduling available
- Open 7 days per week
