Duties include assisting our exclusive clientele through the design process of their custom home from start to finish, including the selection of both interior and exterior finishes. Experience with home building is required. Compensation is based on experience.

1. Design assistance and pricing procurement of interior and exterior components of custom homes. Experience in home building with exclusive clientele is required.
2. Great customer service and ability to communicate professionally with clients, employees and contractors.
3. Exceptional time management skills.
4. Budget and related tracking awareness is a must.
5. Ability to sketch layouts and design via hand or computer assisted programs is highly valued.

Please note that this position requires a background in residential design. A portfolio should b be attached to your resume.
