Job Description
As a Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, plateware ware and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition while assisting in food preparation procedures. Duties of this position will include setting up, using, and maintaining the mechanical dishwasher for the duration of the shift, keeping the food line stocked with clean plates, and performing multiple cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift, including work area and restrooms.
Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred

Proficiency in POS systems

Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
Physical Requirements

Frequently lift and carry items up to 70 lbs.

Stand for extended periods (up to an entire shift)

Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull regularly for operations, stocking, and equipment use

Use ladders occasionally
- Work in varying environments including hot kitchen areas and walk‑in coolers/freezers

Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams
