Jr. Escrow Officer – Full Time
Cardinal Escrow is a busy, well-established independent escrow company located in Long Beach. We have been serving the local real estate community for over 38 years and have built a strong reputation for exceptional service, professionalism, and long-standing relationships with our clients and real estate partners.
We recently moved into a brand-new office and are looking for an experienced Jr. Escrow Officer to work alongside and provide strong support to a busy Escrow Officer.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid escrow experience who enjoys being an integral part of a busy desk.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with and provide day-to-day support to a busy Escrow Officer
- Assist with all aspects of escrow files from opening through closing
- Prepare escrow documents, correspondence and amendments
- Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, title companies and other parties to the transaction
- Help manage deadlines and keep files organized and moving forward
- Provide responsive, professional service to our clients and real estate partners
Qualifications:
- Prior escrow experience required
- Knowledge of RBJ is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a busy escrow environment
- Dependable, proactive and comfortable taking initiative

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
