Job Requirements:
- Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid Illinois or Missouri driver's license.
- Experience: Ability to install various commercial roofing systems (PVC, TPO, EPDM) or a willingness to learn.
- Background Check: Must pass an acceptable background check per company standards.
- Drug Screening: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical, along with ongoing random drug testing during employment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous commercial roofing experience is a plus but not required for apprentices. We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience who are eager to learn.
- Employment History: Stable employment history with professional references.
- Team Collaboration: Willingness to work effectively within a team.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and a professional attitude.
- Customer Service: An understanding of the value of excellent customer service.
- Authorization: Necessary documentation and authorization to work in Illinois and Missouri.
