What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers on the lot and online (Facebook Marketplace, calls, texts)
- Sell trailers using cash and rent-to-own options
- Follow up with leads daily and close deals
- Post and manage online listings
- Keep the lot organized, clean, and ready for customers
- Help customers find the right trailer for their needs
- Build long-term relationships and repeat customers
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales experience preferred (but not required if you’re hungry)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
- Willing to learn financing and trailer specs
- Reliable and shows up ready to work
