MH Resource Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Facilitator to join our Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The ideal candidate should be experienced facilitating groups with co-occurring disorders, must hold QMHP-A certification, as well as CSAC certification. We are seeking candidates that are passionate about supporting individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Job Qualifications:
- Required: CSAC (Certified Substance Abuse Counselor) or equivalent credential; QMHP-A/C certificationStrong documentation and compliance skills
- Proficient with computer systems and electronic documentation
- Experience facilitating groups, particularly with co-occurring disorders
- Knowledge of evidence-based and research-driven practices in substance use treatment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate engaging and effective group therapy sessions for individuals with co-occurring disorders
- Maintain compliance through accurate and timely daily progress notes
- Complete weekly Urine Drug Screen (UDS) reviews
- Develop and update Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and Discharge Summaries as needed
- Attend and contribute to monthly staff meetings and supervision sessions
- Apply evidence-based practices and empirical research in group curriculum delivery
- Utilize behavior modification and de-escalation skills to maintain a safe group setting
- Collaborate with community partners and ecosystem supports to enhance client care
Experience:
- Community mental health : 1 years (Preferred), Substance Abuse and Co-Occurring diagnosis: 2 years (Preferred)
- License/Certification: QMHP Certification (Required), CSAC Certification (Required)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 per week
