Investigate and locate customers who have defaulted on their auto loans (91+ days delinquent).

Utilize various skip tracing tools, databases, social media, and public records to gather accurate and actionable information.

Maintain regular communication with third-party repossession agents, providing real-time updates on leads, addresses, and vehicle locations.

Document all skip tracing efforts, findings, and updates in the collections management system with accuracy and timeliness.

Collaborate with internal collections staff to align skip tracing strategies with overall recovery efforts.

Monitor accounts in the skip queue and recommend next actions based on trace results and risk evaluation.

Adhere to all federal and state compliance requirements, including FDCPA and company policies.

Minimum 2 years of prior backend skip tracing collections experience is a requirement for this position.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Associate Degree, Technical Certification, or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
