We are looking for a Customer Service Representative/ Service Advisor who is highly personable, loves working with people, and has a baseline familiarity with cars.

- Compensation: $16.00-$23.00/hr
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Act as the friendly voice of our shop, handling incoming phone inquiries with a welcoming and professional attitude.
- Manage the shop calendar efficiently by booking customer appointments & services.
- Get your feet wet with advising by writing up easy, straightforward service tickets and estimates (e.g., oil changes, fluid flushes, basic maintenance packages).
- Keep customers updated on their vehicle status and ensure a smooth front-office flow.
- Check in and Check out any customers that may be picking up or droping off their vehicle for service.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Great people skills, A Naturally warm, energetic, and highly comfortable phone & speaking voice. (A priority over anything else!)
- You don’t need to be a mechanic, but you should know basic vehicle concepts. Oil change principles, basic vehicle operations, basic suspension components, ect.
- Comfortable learning shop management software, typing quickly, and navigating digital calendars.
- Able to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize what is important in a busy shop enviornment.
- A high level professional demeanor, punctual attendance, and an attitude for growth! We work with customer who own high end vehicles such as bently's, Audi's, Porsche's, Mercedes, So A high level of professionalism is a must!
