Opportunity
Blaige & Company, a sector-focused investment bank, is seeking a highly capable and motivated Executive Client Services Assistant to support the CEO in managing both the internal operations of the firm and external client-facing activities.
This is a high-visibility, high-trust role requiring direct interaction with senior executives, clients, and global stakeholders. The position is best suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership of responsibilities with precision and urgency.

Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate communications and scheduling with clients and prospective clients
- Support CEO calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics
- Oversee office administration, document production, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Assist with billing coordination and administrative financial tracking
- Support human resources and facilities administration
- Coordinate across transaction, marketing, and research teams
- Execute special projects and time-sensitive tasks as directed by the CEO
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a professional environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presence, poise, and ability to interact with senior executives
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and execute independently
Preferred Experience (Significant Advantage)
- Background in journalism, professional writing, or executive communications
- Experience managing contact databases / CRM systems
- Familiarity with email marketing, blast email campaigns, and press releases
- Ability to support high-quality written communications and client outreach initiatives

Work Environment
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Flexibility required based on CEO schedule and client needs
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $50,000 to $60,000
- Total compensation expected to range from $55,000 to $80,000, based on performance
