We are looking for the right person to assemble, maintain and repair machinery and vehicles. You will be responsible for ensuring functionality and reliability of engines and mechanical systems. The right candidate will have manual dexterity and great attention to detail. They must be able to work with various machines and tools as well as follow all safety precautions.
Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, steering and exhausts.
- Run diagnostic tests to diagnose functionality issues.
- Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability.
- Experience in (PMI) Preventive Maintenance work: Oil changes, changing tires, light wiring repairs and troubleshooting repairs.
- Perform maintenance on machinery and other vehicles.
- Clean and apply lubricants to machinery components and replenish all fluids as needed.
- Repair and replace brakes, engines and other parts in a timely manner.
- Undertake other duties as assigned (e.g. repair of hydraulic systems, Truck Trailers, Loaders etc.)
- Maintain logs of work completed as well as inventory of parts used. Also report any major issues.

- Excellent knowledge of machinery, hydraulic, electrical and other systems and their components
- Able to work alone and be self-motived to complete task in timely manner.
