American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department evening shift position requiring 2 years of acute care experience and a compact or MD RN license.

Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
-
Evening shift schedule from 3:00 PM to 3:30 AM
-
13-week assignment length
-
Required to work every other weekend
-
Holiday coverage required
-
Active RN license (Maryland or Compact) currently in hand

Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), both must be AHA-issued

Minimum 2 years of acute care experience required

Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred

Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (CPI) training preferred

Provide emergency department nursing care across a variety of acute patient presentations
