Pay: $16.00 per hour
Overview:
NuvoH2O is hiring an in-house Customer Service Specialist to support customer inquiries, ensure accurate data entry, and assist with Customer Service initiatives. You’ll help ensure a clear, consistent experience for our customers and improve handoffs between Customer Service and Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Customer Service inquiries with professionalism, clear communication, and a solution-focused mindset
- Perform operational tasks and accurate data entry.
- Identify gaps in the customer journey and recommend practical process improvements
- Serve as a Bridge between Customer Service and Sales to support a seamless experience
- Support basic technical/product troubleshooting and translate details into plain language
- Document all work in CRM/ticketing tools and share trends with leadership
- Contribute to SOP/knowledge base updates as processes evolve
Qualifications:
- 1+ year in Customer Service; retention/escalation experience preferred
- Strong people skills and a steady, professional demeanor
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with computers, CRM/ticketing systems, and common communication platforms; spreadsheet skills a plus
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently while collaborating across teams
