Job Title: Concrete Foreman / Site Superintendent

Fillmore Contracts, LLC is hiring an experienced Concrete Foreman/Site Superintendent for a federal concrete repair project at the 167th Airlift Wing in Martinsburg, WV.
This role will oversee daily field operations, coordinate crew activities, verify layout, manage site safety, communicate with company leadership, and ensure the work is completed correctly, safely, and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise concrete repair crew and daily field activities
- Coordinate demolition, excavation, rebar, forms, concrete placement, finishing, and cleanup
- Read and follow project scope, drawings, and specifications
- Maintain daily site documentation, photos, and progress updates
- Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA requirements
- Coordinate inspections and communicate field issues promptly
- Protect surrounding facilities and maintain a clean work area
- Confirm materials, tools, and equipment are ready before each work phase
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of concrete construction experience
- Prior experience leading crews on concrete repair or flatwork projects
- Ability to manage a small crew independently
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to work on a federal/military site
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to pass base access/security screening
Preferred:
- Experience on government, military, or Davis-Bacon projects
- Ability to operate small equipment such as skid steer, mini excavator, compactor, or concrete saw
- Local to the job location
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
