We’re hiring for our after-school program, working with Elementary students on site at their regular school in the Salem-Keizer district.
No weekends. Consistent hours. Meaningful work.
Program Hours:
- Monday through Friday = 2:20pm to 6:00pm
- Major holidays OFF
- No Weekend schedules

Qualifications:
- 240+ hours of paid elementary childcare experience in the past 5 years
- A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day
- The ability to develop, engage, and inspire a group of children
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Meet state specific guidelines for the role
- Be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
- Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
