Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Siding Installer for Barrett Siding Inc and bring your expertise to transforming building exteriors! Currently have positions open for laborers, foreman, and operators. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality metal siding panels on commercial structures, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and weather resistance. Your hands-on skills and construction knowledge will help deliver top-tier results for our clients. Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and install insulated metal panels on commercial buildings following blueprints, schematics and instruction by the foreman.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete siding installations with precision.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate application of siding systems (preferred but willing to train)
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, framing, or repairing existing structures to ensure proper siding attachment.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Operate equipment safely on active job sites.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the installation process to meet company standards and client expectations.
Skills
- Extensive experience in construction, we will train the right candidate on proper installation of IMP.
- Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., hammers, chisels), power tools (e.g., drills, saws), and fabrication equipment.
- Strong background in construction site experience including framing carpentry, metal stud framing, or remodeling projects.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining focus on safety procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt schematics or plans as needed during installation.

- Must be OSHA certified, assistance with obtaining additional certifications and licenses
- This is a year round position so must be comfortable being exposed to the elements daily
- Must have strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to travel to job sites in NH, MA, ME and VT
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
