TES is hiring Electricians with experience in commercial and industrial electrical construction. Candidates will assist with installation, rough-in, equipment setup, conduit work, and overall electrical project execution on commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for electricians looking to grow into Journeyman, Foreman, and leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Install electrical systems on commercial and industrial projects
- Assist with:
- Conduit installation and bending
- Pulling wire and cable
- Lighting installation
- Device installation and trim-out
- Panels and electrical equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA standards
- Work alongside foremen, journeymen, and project managers
- Troubleshoot electrical systems when needed
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and productivity
Required Qualifications
- Commercial or industrial electrical experience preferred
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and NEC code
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Pay: $15.14 - $45.30 per hour
