We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Bensenville, IL. If you're passionate about helping children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities thrive, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collect session data and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support the development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and the clinical team to help clients achieve meaningful progress.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (Required).
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Experience working with children or individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
