Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their experience
- Assist customers with service inquiries, make appointments, and in person POS
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
- Upsell products and promote promotions to maximize best service offers.

- Handle customer complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Supervising experience or ability to oversee team tasks when needed
- Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities preferred for diverse customer interactions
- Strong attention to detail, excellent spelling and eloquent speech
- Ability to perform math accurately for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts
- Knowledge of veterinary medicine operations
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to build rapport quickly
- Experience in reception and Customer Service.
- Basic math skills for cash register operations and inventory management
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
