VPK Lead Teacher
Requirements:
- Florida Staff Credential & VPK Endorsement
- Experience with Florida Early Learning Standards
- Strong classroom management & communication skills
- Level II background screening
- CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
- Positive, team-player attitude
- Love for working with young children
- Level II background screening
- CPR/First Aid preferred

Compensation will be based on level of education (CDA, AA Degree) and years of experience.
Skills
- REQUIRED: High School diploma or GED
- REQUIRED: 45-hour DCF child care training
- REQUIRED: at least a CDA, or Associates in Early Childhood Education
- REQUIRED: Minimum of 1 year of teaching as a LEAD VPK TEACHER
- REQUIRED: Certified/endorsed to teach VPK
- REQUIRED: Work with multi-age students after VPK hours
- Preferred but NOT required: CURRENT Florida Director's Credentials
