Customer Service Representative
LaSalle Network is partnering with a reputable company to find a talented Customer Service Representative in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls efficiently, providing prompt and professional assistance
Maintain solid job stability through consistent, quality customer interactions
Demonstrate excellent soft skills and positive attitude to foster customer satisfaction
Support team and supervisor in achieving high service level goals
Adapt to a fast-paced call center environment with open availability for shifts between 7am and 7pm
Manage customer inquiries with good energy and personable communication
Assist with basic troubleshooting or product information as needed
Qualifications
At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or call centers
Proven job stability with over 1 year in previous roles
Solid phone presence with excellent soft skills and a good personality
