Ideal Candidate Profile – Operations Logistics Associate
Los Angeles, CA | $31.68/hour | Full-Time | Onsite
We're looking for an experienced warehouse and logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys keeping operations running efficiently.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- 6–8 years of warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or inventory control experience
- Experience supporting production or assembly operations
- Strong inventory management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience using warehouse management systems (SAP experience is a plus)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other computer systems
- Forklift or material handling equipment experience
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with production teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, "get it done" attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Moving materials throughout the warehouse and production floor
- Pulling inventory to support manufacturing schedules
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies
- Operating warehouse equipment safely
- Receiving, uncrating, and organizing incoming materials
- Supporting production teams with timely material delivery
- Maintaining clean, organized work areas (5S)
- Following all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
