Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Boiler Technician / Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing boilers and related systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help deliver reliable heating solutions to our clients across various industries. You will be the go-to professional for troubleshooting complex boiler systems, interpreting schematics, and providing exceptional customer service as well as installing some new systems as needed.
Responsibilities
- Install new boilers and heating systems according to technical specifications and schematics
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on industrial boilers to ensure efficiency and safety
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using detailed schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and HVAC/R principles
- Conduct system tests, calibrations, and adjustments to optimize performance
- Diagnose problems related to hydraulics, HVAC/R components, and mechanical parts, then implement effective solutions
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and compliance documentation
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining system operations and maintenance procedures clearly to clients
Requirements
- Proven experience with boiler installation, repair, and maintenance in an industrial or commercial setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and schematics interpretation
- Hands-on experience with industrial mechanics and field service operations
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and mechanical diagrams accurately
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices including troubleshooting hydraulic systems and HVAC components
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Relevant certifications or training in HVAC/R or industrial mechanics are preferred
- Navien Boiler and tankless experience a plus

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
