Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and motivated Marketing & Sales Lead to support our front desk operations and drive membership sales. As the first point of contact for members and prospects, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional studio experience while supporting lead follow-up, tour conversions, and local marketing efforts. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary front desk representative, greeting members and guests and delivering outstanding customer service
- Support membership sales by following up with leads, booking studio tours, and assisting with new member sign-ups
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
- Assist with in-studio and local marketing initiatives, including events, promotions, and community outreach
- Maintain accurate lead and member information using CRM and scheduling systems
- Educate prospective members on studio programs, pricing, and promotions
- Support daily studio operations, including opening/closing tasks and general administrative duties
- Collaborate with coaches and management to ensure a seamless member experience
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Experience in sales, marketing, or the fitness/wellness industry
- Comfortable engaging with new people and confidently discussing programs and pricing
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM and scheduling software
- Prior customer service, front desk, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekends preferred
