Build. Remodel. Improve. Protect.
Lachowitzer Investments owns and manages a growing portfolio of commercial properties and residential homes throughout Minnesota and North Dakota.
We're looking for someone to become a trusted member of our team by helping maintain, remodel, improve, and protect those investments.
This is not a typical maintenance position.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, remodeling, troubleshooting, and solving problems. Someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, communicates well, and can work independently without constant direction.
If you're looking for a job where someone hands you a list every morning and tells you exactly what to do, this probably isn't the right fit.
If you're the type of person who sees a problem, develops a plan, communicates it, and gets the job done right the first time, we'd love to talk with you.
What You'll Do
No two weeks are the same.
One week you may be remodeling a commercial space, installing flooring, replacing windows, repairing siding, completing a tenant build-out, or replacing a roof.
The next week may involve plumbing repairs, HVAC troubleshooting, installing appliances, preparing one of our residential homes for a new tenant, snow removal, lawn care, hauling materials, or assisting with improvements to one of our commercial properties.
You'll be responsible for helping maintain and improve our investment properties while ensuring they remain safe, attractive, and well cared for.
