We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our family-centered outpatient physical therapy clinic in Summerset, SD. We are committed to providing personalized, high-quality care while building lasting relationships with our patients, families, and community.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals, lifestyle, and needs.
- Provide hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, functional training, and patient education.
- Build strong relationships with patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
- Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in community outreach and education opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive clinic culture.
What We're Looking For
- Current South Dakota Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
- A genuine interest in providing patient- and family-centered care.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
