**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, while also maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests and take food and drink orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and presented according to our high standards
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the kitchen, dining room, and outdoor spaces
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage cash register and operate according to restaurant policies
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of our menu, including food preparation and kitchen operations
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
- Perform various tasks, including bussing tables, cleaning, and restocking supplies
- Maintain a clean and sanitized environment in accordance with food industry regulations
- Manage time effectively to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
**Skills**
- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably as a Server
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects
- Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations is an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
**We pay our servers starting at $7.25 per hour plus tips
