Position:
We’re seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has an enthusiasm for prep, and an interest to learn and grow within our program. A strong foundation in classics and technique is a plus.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of bartending experience in a craft cocktail or high-volume restaurant bar.
- Strong command of classic cocktail structure, technique, and balance.
- Enthusiasm for prep and a completely scratch program including fresh juicing, syrups, milk punches, infusions, etc.
- Curiosity and creativity with ingredients, spirits, and presentation.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy service while maintaining composure and accuracy.
- A collaborative spirit and respect for teamwork — our bar operates closely with both front- and back-of-house teams.
- Wine knowledge and enthusiasm for continuing beverage education (WSET or sommelier coursework a plus).
- Genuine hospitality — confident behind the bar but always guest-focused.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a professional service team.
