HVAC Installer
Varsity Zone HVAC of Fishers is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This position requires 2-3 years of residential HVAC installation experience and will serve as the lead technician for our air duct cleaning and indoor air quality services. Candidates with service and diagnostic experience are strongly preferred. Job Summary
- Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and indoor air quality products
- Assist with system startups, testing, and commissioning
- Lead residential air duct cleaning services
- Perform HVAC maintenance and tune-ups as needed
- Assist with service calls and basic diagnostics when required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of residential HVAC installation experience required
- Service and troubleshooting experience preferred
- EPA Certification preferred
- ServiceTitan Experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
- Professional appearance and positive attitude

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
