Robotics Controls Engineer working onsite – 5 days onsite Holland, Michigan (Waverly site) Initial work onsite, with installation phase at customer facility in Walker, MI ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Develop and modify Allen-Bradley PLC programs (ControlLogix / Studio 5000) • Design and support FactoryTalk HMI applications • Perform offline programming, system debug, and commissioning • Support machine build and installation at customer facility • Integrate and troubleshoot: o Fanuc robotic systems o Servo gantry and motion systems o Pneumatic components o Pallet and tray conveyor systems o Dispense equipment o Keyence vision systems o IR heater control systems • Execute I/O validation, loop checks, and production startup support • Work independently while following direction from project leads ________________________________________ Must-Have Requirements • Allen-Bradley PLC experience (Studio 5000 / ControlLogix) • Allen-Bradley HMI (FactoryTalk View) • Fanuc robot programming / integration experience • Hands-on experience with machine build, debug, and installation • 3–5 years of controls engineering experience • Comfortable working on the shop floor and commissioning environments Nice-to-Have • Fanuc RoboGuide experience • Experience with Keyence vision systems • Servo motion / gantry systems experience
