ROAN Solutions is seeking an experienced Grant Writer to help secure funding that expands and strengthens services for children and families. We are a growing private, for-profit behavioral health and family services agency dedicated to improving outcomes through mental health counseling, parenting support and education, supervised and therapeutic visitation, reunification services, and other family-centered programs.
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven professional who can identify funding opportunities and develop compelling grant proposals that support both our existing programming and future growth.

Responsibilities
- Research federal, state, local, corporate, and private foundation grant opportunities that align with ROAN's mission.
- Prepare, write, edit, and submit high-quality grant proposals and supporting documents.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify funding priorities and develop project narratives and budgets.
- Collect and organize program data, outcomes, and supporting documentation for applications.
- Maintain a grant calendar, including application deadlines, reporting requirements, and renewal opportunities.
- Assist with post-award reporting and compliance as needed.
- Identify new funding opportunities that support program expansion and long-term sustainability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience writing successful grant proposals.
- Experience securing funding for behavioral health, child welfare, family services, parenting programs, education, healthcare, or community-based organizations is highly preferred.
- Excellent writing, editing, research, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience with grant research platforms and government funding opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional grant writing experience.

Compensation
This position offers a hybrid compensation model designed to reward both effort and success:
- A flat fee for each completed and submitted grant application.
- A success bonus for grants that are awarded.
