Operations Specialist
At eFUEL, we’re seeking an Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment—supporting leadership, solving problems, and improving daily operations. This role partners closely with operations teams to drive efficiency, structure, and performance improvements across the business.
You’ll turn data into insights, support cross-functional teams, and help improve processes across operations, finance, and customer service. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and focused on continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Support operations leadership with day-to-day priorities
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Analyze operational and financial data (KPIs) to identify trends and improvements
- Support logistics activities (shipping, receiving, distribution coordination)
- Improve workflows, reduce errors, and increase efficiency
- Help develop and maintain procedures, policies, and controls
- Serve as a communication link between plant, corporate, and external partners
- Assist with billing, reconciliations, and administrative tasks
- Support special projects focused on performance and scalability
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5+ years in operations, logistics, administrative, or related roles
- Experience supporting leadership or working in a plant/logistics setting (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working with data
- Proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities
Schedule & Location
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work onsite Stockton location 3 times a week and 2 days a week in our Sacramento location.
- Occasional travel to nearby sites
- Some weekends/overtime may be required
Pay & Benefits
- $25–$27/hour
