Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and management software with precision and speed
- Manage multiple data entry projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards
- Verify accuracy of information by proofreading entries and cross-referencing sources
- Maintain organized filing systems for digital documents, records, and reports
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and productivity software to create reports, documents, and presentations
- Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, providing excellent customer service and client communication
Skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel (Spreadsheets), and Outlook; familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
- Exceptional typing speed with high accuracy; excellent proofreading skills
- Demonstrated experience in data entry, clerical tasks, and office management roles
- Effective phone communication skills with proper phone etiquette on multi-line systems
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client needs
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is advantageous for financial record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
- Strong computer literacy with technical proficiency in office productivity tools and software applications
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or medical/dental receptionist is beneficial for handling client interactions in a professional manner
- Ability to support customer service efforts through prompt response to inquiries and support requests
