Duties
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems (water heaters, drains, fixtures, and more)
- Provide emergency plumbing services with urgency and professionalism
- Educate homeowners on preventative maintenance programs to prevent future issues
- Deliver top-tier customer service with honesty and integrity
- Accurately document services performed and communicate recommendations to customers
Requirements
- 5+ years of residential plumbing experience (service & repair ONLY – no construction)
- Journeyman or Master Plumbing License preferred but not required
- Backflow certification a plus
- Experience with tankless water heaters a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- A service-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
