Position: Marketing & Design Coordinator
Location: 160 S. Badger Ave., Appleton
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00/8:30am-5:00pm with flexibility for lunch break
What You’ll Do:
Create engaging, audience-specific content to drive engagement through digital media, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, our website, and others
Maintain and update website content and functionality
Design a wide variety of marketing and branding materials related to Youth Development and Youth & Family Services programs
Create social graphics, web graphics, and other digital materials
Coordinate and execute photography needs for the organization
Capture video footage through interviews and b-roll footage and produce high quality videos
Ensure consistency with the Club’s brand standards
Collaboratively draft content for marketing and design materials and bring comprehensive marketing plans to life through design
Create fundraising related designs for reports, donor materials, newsletters, and fundraising campaigns
Provide design support for third-party events and fundraisers
Assist with special event preparation and execution
Pay & Benefits:
Starting pay of $19.75-$25.50/hour, depending upon experience

What We’re Looking for:
Associate’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field
A minimum of 2 years of marketing and/or design experience
Software proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.)
Advanced understanding and knowledge of how to build, maintain, and manage WordPress websites
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
