We are a company based out of Wayland, Michigan, and we service residential and commercial properties in Byron Center, Caledonia, Kentwood, Cascade, Forest Hills, Ada, Wyoming, Grandville, Jenison, Georgetown, Hudsonville, Middleville, and Dorr.

For this role we are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to support our team and drive business growth. In this role, you’ll build meaningful customer relationships, uncover new opportunities, and help businesses find the services and solutions they need to run smoothly. You'll build real relationships with the businesses and properties we serve, spot opportunities they haven't thought of yet, and help match them with the right mix of landscape, snow, and property services to keep their sites running smoothly year-round.
Duties
- Prospect and develop new commercial accounts across landscape and snow services
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of client relationships
- Walk properties with clients to scope work and identify additional service opportunities (irrigation, fertilization, snow, enhancements)
- Build and present proposals and estimates
- Coordinate with Operations to make sure sold work is set up to be delivered right
- Manage contract renewals and pricing conversations
- Represent J and F at industry events, property manager associations, and local networking
Qualifications
- No experience necessary, willing to train the right candidate!
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively across multiple responsibilities.
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
