Morning Star Dentistry is a beautiful and modern dental office located in Sonora, CA.
We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable dental hygienist to join our growing team. We are open to hiring full time or part time, with the option to add additional days as needed, either temporary or permanent, up to a forty hour work week over four days. In this role, you will work closely with our dentist to provide excellent care to our patients.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleaning teeth, to include scaling, polishing, and root planing
- Examining oral areas, head, and neck for signs of oral disease
- Educating patients on dental hygiene and preventative care
- Taking digital x-rays and assisting with sterilization of instruments
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Following all OSHA and HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient safety and confidentiality
