Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-3:30 PM / 2pm-10pm
Position Summary
Responsible for wiring, assembling, labeling, engraving, and testing electrical control equipment including control panels, switchgear, switchboards, and ATS units. Ensures all work meets quality, safety, and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Wire and assemble electrical control panels, switchgear, switchboards, and ATS equipment.
- Read and interpret wiring schematics, point-to-point diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Install and wire PLCs, power meters, and control devices.
- Perform labeling, engraving, testing, and quality inspections of finished assemblies.
- Maintain production schedules and communicate any issues or material shortages.
- Follow safety procedures and support team production goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of electrical assembly or manufacturing experience.
- Experience reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of control panels, switchboards, PLCs, and power meters preferred.
- Ability to use hand, power, and testing tools.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and wear required PPE.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
