Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- California SLP licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with pediatric populations preferred, especially in school settings
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide evidence-based therapy sessions in-person and/or via teletherapy
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district procedures
- Offer consultative support and resources to staff and families as needed
- Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities
