Job Summary:
We are hiring for 1st and 3rd shift in our powder coating operation. We welcome experienced professionals and entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Operate powder coating equipment and assist in production processes.
- Prepare and inspect metal parts for coating.
- Ensure consistent quality and finish of coated products.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Self-motivation and reliability.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Familiarity with powder coating processes (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
- Apply training to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Identify and correct quality issues during production.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
