JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Minimum: Completion of LPN program.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Active Indiana LPN license.
CPR required.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum: 1 year experience in physician office or hospital setting.
Preferred: 2 plus years management experience in physician office or hospital setting.
