PHYSICAL THERAPIST - PRN - PART TIME or FULLTIME - IMMEDIATE NEED!

Home health offers tremendous freedom and flexibility in your work environment. Earn great compensation and make your own schedule. Locally owned Tucson agency now hiring compassionate, patient-oriented physical therapists, who value a one-on-one relationship with their patients. Immediate need for physical therapists to provide in-home therapy for home-bound, primarily geriatric, patients throughout the Tucson area.
Compensation can be for full time or part time, salaried, hourly, or PRN/per visit. Pay rates average an estimated $70 to $100 per hour. NOTE: If pay is per visit, visit rate depends on type of visit. Actual visit time is determined by therapist and can be from 35 minutes to 90 minutes.
Our physical therapists are not required to do the Starts of Care Oasis!
Hourly rate for meetings, training, etc
Mileage reimbursement is $.50 per mile
Paid sick time off.
Paid vacation and holidays if full time (35 - 40 hours per week) with certain time and geographic availability expectations.
The ideal candidate must be licensed to work as a physical therapist in the state of Arizona.

The physical therapist will provide physical therapy services to patients according to a written physician's plan of care which will, in part, include:
- Assessing and evaluating therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status, and participation in the development of the total plan of care, as well as evaluating the home environment.
- Assessing for muscle strength, mobility, gait, ROM--potential for rehab.
- Directing physical therapy treatment.
- Instructing patients and families/caregivers in the use and care of therapeutic appliances.
- Determining priority needs for physical therapy.
- Reporting to physician patient's reaction to treatment or changes in condition.

Pay: $70.00 - $100.00 per hour
