We provide landscape maintenance and construction services to both residential and commercial clients in the southeastern PA area. We are currently seeking a Landscape Construction Project Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, eager to grow both professionally and personally within our company.

Lead and manage a 3-4 man crew, planning and executing landscaping projects efficiently.

Install paver patios and segmental block retaining walls.

Perform grading and lawn installations, including sod, seeding, and hydroseeding.

Apply proper planting techniques and plant identification.

Install fences and repair and install irrigation systems.

Operate skid steer loaders, mini excavators, and MT-52 (or equivalent machine).

Operate cut off saws, laser level, zip levels, and read building plans/drawings.

Minimum of 2 years experience as a landscaping crew leader with references.

Experience in paver patio installation, segmental block retaining wall installation, grading and lawn installations, and proper planting techniques.

Experience in fence installation and irrigation system repairs and installation.

Experience operating skid steer loaders, mini excavators, and MT-52 (or equivalent machine).

Ability to operate cut off saws, laser level, zip levels, and read building plans/drawings.

Current driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.

Pond/water feature experience is preferred but not necessary.
