Youth Baseball Coach / Academy Instructor
Surge Baseball / Ascendancy Training Center – Monmouth County, NJ
We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable baseball coach to join our growing organization working primarily with youth players ages 7–14.
Responsibilities
● Coach practices and tournament/game play
● Participate as an instructor in our player development academy
● Provide hitting, fielding, throwing and/or position-specific instruction
● Assist with individual and small-group lessons
● Help evaluate and develop players throughout the year
● Be a positive mentor and representative of the Surge organization
Position
● Full-time salaried role
● Salary includes academy instruction, lessons, team practices and coaching responsibilities

College playing and/or coaching experience preferred. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who loves developing young players, communicates well with families, and wants to be part of a growing baseball organization.
