The Role
As an Audiologist , you will play a key role in helping patients achieve a lifetime of better hearing while contributing to clinic growth through consultative patient education and technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities
1. Comprehensive Patient Assessments
Build strong connections by understanding each patient’s hearing journey, goals, and challenges through thorough evaluations.
2. Diagnostic Testing & Sound Care
Conduct audiometric and other diagnostic tests to craft individualized hearing solutions that improve quality of life.
3. Treatment Guidance & Technology Solutions (Medical Model)
Educate patients on treatment options such as hearing aids, ALDs, tinnitus management, and aural rehabilitation, helping them select the best technology for their lifestyle and hearing goals.
4. Ongoing Patient Support
Provide follow-up care, reprogramming, troubleshooting, and counseling to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
5. Counseling & Emotional Support
We don’t just sell hearing aids—we provide hearing healthcare. Offer counseling and support for the emotional and social impacts of hearing loss.
6. Continuous Learning & Practice Growth
Stay current with advancements in audiology and hearing technology, contribute ideas for improving patient experience and clinic performance, and participate in initiatives that support practice growth.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is honorable, caring, intelligent, enthusiastic, and team-oriented. You should be comfortable performing medically relevant diagnostics and treatment-focused testing, and confident discussing technology, outcomes, and value with patients.
Required Skills & Competencies
Diagnostics:
- Pure-tone audiometry (air & bone conduction)
- Speech audiometry (quiet and noise)
- Immittance testing (tympanometry, acoustic reflexes, reflex decay)
- Tinnitus assessment, counseling, and management
Dispensing & Treatment:
- Hearing aid counseling and fitting
- Electroacoustic analysis
- Probe microphone / Real Ear Measurements
- Aural rehabilitation counseling and instruction
- Ability to educate patients on technology options and outcomes
