DAY SHIFT
6:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday–Friday
- Work three (3) 12-hour shifts per week
- Includes an alternating requirement where Monday and Friday are worked during one scheduled week
Pay Range:
$19.00 – $23.00 per hour (Includes shift differential)

NIGHT SHIFT

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary.
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates.
- Support medication administration under supervision and ensure proper documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems like Point Click Care.
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, ensuring their safety and comfort through memory care techniques.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans tailored to each resident’s needs, including behavioral health management and infection control protocols.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to aseptic techniques and infection prevention standards in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Engage with residents respectfully and compassionately, fostering a supportive atmosphere that promotes dignity and independence.
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification from an accredited program; current state licensure required.
- Prior experience working in long-term care facilities preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support procedures.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Point Click Care for accurate medical documentation.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including seniors, individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities, and those requiring hospice or behavioral health care.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting patients using Hoyer lifts and assisting with mobility needs safely.
