Receptionist / Client Care Representative

Compensation: $23.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience.

We are a 5-doctor veterinary practice that believes exceptional patient care begins with exceptional client service. Our team is close-knit, supportive, and truly feels like family. We work together every day to provide compassionate care to our patients and outstanding service to their owners. Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate the daily appointment calendar.
- Answer multi-line phone calls and assist clients with questions, appointment requests, and prescription refill requests.
- Check patients in and out efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Escort (room) patients and their families into exam rooms and prepare them for the veterinarian.
- Communicate clearly with doctors and veterinary staff to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client accounts.
- Assist with administrative tasks, medical records, and general front desk organization.
- Work collaboratively with the entire veterinary team to provide the highest level of care for our furry friends.
