Overview:
Mindful Community Solutions, LLC is a trauma-informed mental health practice dedicated to supporting the emotional wellness of individuals, families, and communities through compassionate, evidence-based care. We provide outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults in a supportive and collaborative environment.
We are seeking a compassionate, culturally responsive Mental Health Therapist who is committed to client-centered care and helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
- Collaborate with families, community partners, and other providers when appropriate
- Uphold ethical, professional, and confidentiality standards
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development as needed
- Support a safe, inclusive, and welcoming therapeutic environment
Skills:
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships with diverse client populations
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a supportive team environment
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health field
- Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Psychologist, or other applicable clinical license preferred
- Registered Clinical Interns are encouraged to apply and will be considered for supervised clinical opportunities
- Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, or families preferred
- Knowledge of trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based practices
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
