Prepare smoothies and food items according to Tropical Smoothie Café’s high standards.

Deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming, upbeat environment.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and up to health and safety standards.

Assist with inventory, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.

Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.

Open Availability

At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or customer service role.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Open availability, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs in a busy restaurant environment.

Strong multitasking, communication, and team collaboration skills.

A positive attitude, even under pressure.

Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
