About the Role
LA Fitness is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members. This role is essential to keeping the club running smoothly and ensuring every guest has a great experience.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize locker rooms, restrooms, and common areas
- Wipe down equipment and maintain cleanliness on the gym floor
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash as needed
- Restock supplies (paper products, soap, cleaning materials)
- Report maintenance or safety issues to management
- Follow all cleaning and safety protocols
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Comfortable with physical activity, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Dependable and punctual
- Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required — we provide training
